A lovely little natural-wood cottage with a nice garden; the hostess was extremely accommodating and kind, even though we arrived quite late! It is best suited for young people and mountain hikers, as the beds are located on an upper level right under the ceiling (requiring a climb up a narrow staircase or ladder). The kitchen is fully equipped and the interior is well-planned—a great choice for those who prefer a setting close to nature in a peaceful, authentic Bavarian village in the Ammergau Alps, as well as an active holiday on nearby nature trails.

best atmosphere, room r small but great to sit out in passage n enjoy company with family, friends,

nothing more to say.

Mir hat das Haus sehr gefallen – es ist sehr gemütlich, ein großartiges Konzept zum Wohnen.

The wonderful interaction with our host, the beautifully arranged garden, and the peaceful location made it truly special — perfect for families seeking a unique and memorable experience. The large windows around the beds allowed us to enjoy both the breathtaking mountain views and the fruit trees just outside.

Everything was just perfect
