excellent and clean apartment, great location.
I am staying at this location for the second time and I would recommend owners get modern smart tv (there was small old style tv with French Chanel’s only) so their quests can play at least YouTube, it’s nice to chill on the evening and watch some nice movie.

The apartment was clean and communication withe the owner was good. Walking distance to metro
People need to be aware that they need to pay a deposit that is held, but you also have to pay an 8 euro fee for that which is non refundable. It would have been nice to have had coffee capsules for the coffee machine considering we were paying 350 euros a night. The apartment was hot but by opening the doors there was a breeze, however then you heard the noise outside. The place was sound proof once all doors and windows were shut so maybe fans would be useful for when Paris is hot.

Beautiful and cozy apartment with everything you need!
Construction right at our windonws starting at 7 am. I would say this is only one thing that made our stay less positive.
