The apartment was very nice. My husband, son, dog and I had a great time. The location of the house to food or grocery stores was perfect. We had everything we needed with the kitchen and the bbq grill as well. The air conditioning was really cold. The pool was the best. It was very clean and so relaxing. The hot tub was also very nice. Tracie, the host, offered to change the color of the lights to my son's favorite color. Tracie and Jay were such awesome hosts. They interact with you as much or as little as you want. We loved hanging out with them. The birds chirping when in the pool was so peaceful. Watching some of the dvd's from the wall of dvd's was very nice too! My son is now a Back to the Future fan. I can't recommend this apartment enough. We will be back. Thanks again Tracie and Jay!! Tell Luna and Sadie thanks for the dog kisses. Dozer says hi.

Everything was amazing. Jay and Tracie were the most fabulous hosts. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the property again. It was like coming home to friends. We’ve already known forever, even though we just met.

My three boys (15 year olds) and I had a great three day stay on our barbecue road trip adventure. Our hosts were very welcoming and very accommodating and wonderful people. They checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, but were never invasive of our private time. Between relaxing in the pool, getting to play with the two wonderful dogs that were on property, a surprise barbecue delivery on our second night, we really couldn’t ask for anything more. The beds, the couch and even the blowup mattress that was provided for us were all comfortable. We honestly didn’t use much of the kitchen outside of the refrigerator, but there was plenty of kitchenware for you to use for anything you needed. There was a big TV in the living room with plenty of DVDs to choose from if you need some relaxing time. Overall, it was a great experience and would certainly rent this place again for future visits to the area. Thank you guys for making this barbecue road trip a great experience! Certainly one for the memory books!

We had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again. Thank you so much for the awesome hospitality and daily check-ins. We do apologize for not meeting you both and your pups, but we had 2 NC State Graduation Ceremonies, post events and moving our daughter into her new apartment. Thanks again and GO WOLF PACK 2026!!!
