thewakanda Resort A Pramana Experience

Just what we needed peaceful, beautiful views ,amazing pool . The grounds are stunning and very well looked after . The staff go above & beyond nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast amazing. We hired a driver for the day from the resort was so worth doing are driver was called Eri we give him 10 plus he took us to all the best spots of Ubud , he has excellent knowledge of the island . The bed was the most comfiest we had for the whloe of our trip - we stayed in 7 villas intotal :)

Thewakanda is such a beautifully designed property right in the nature. Paddy field view we could enjoy from the resort was utterly beautiful especially at sunset. Hospitality there is a top notch without a doubt. Complimentary afternoon tea was refreshing and tasty, while breakfast was also scrumptious. We added on floating breakfast and it was the best decision to indulge ourselves. Also joined purification ceremony at additional cost, which turned out to be a blissful experience. I’d recommend this activity to anybody who wishes to deepen their understanding of Hindu culture.

One of the few things bothered us was the humidity after we took shower and bath since there was no wall to separate the spaces. But it can’t be helped and I would say it’s a minor issue. Also they have prepared flower petals and grass in the bathtub which looked great from the outside but practically speaking, grass especially felt uncomfortable while dipping into bath. Again, this I would say is a minor problem.
