Liked the location and the room. Didn’t like that the door lock took so long to reset and work.

If you are looking for an economical and enjoyable stay near Universal Studios this is an ideal location. Comfortable and spacious rooms to allow you eat breakfast before you head to the parks. Pool is a bit outdated but it serves its purpose if you need to relax and unwind in between park days

I enjoyed my stay very much. Room was nicely kept. Easy access to everything and everywhere I wanted to go. Thanks for the great time!

The location, close to Universal was great. Everything in the apartment was as described in the listing. When there was a problem that we went to the host about, he did not seem concerned. The building itself is old and rundown, having a sewage leak that flooded the first floor during our stay and one of the elevators stopped working. The biggest issue is my wife and child getting chemical burns, verified by a physician, from the hot tub, and the host just blew it off and tried to say there was nothing wrong. We told him it smelled horrible and the towels were so bad afterwards that they had to be thrown on the patio to not stink up the apartment. He did not care. Vrbo has also blown off the issue. This was our first time trying out Vrbo and it will be our last. If you want a carefree stay on vacation just go to a hotel.
