Very nice property. Property management was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent property and accommodation. Highly recommended. Will be returning.

My family of four (all adults) just finished a beautiful stay in this condo, which was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. There were ample beach towels, and linens in general, as well as beach gear to include nice beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. And the sunsets from the balcony and beach were beautiful.Check in and check out were seamless and so easy. And while the washer and dryer are older, they worked well for our use during the week. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Pros: Great location, beach access, and views. This was our first time in Marco Island, I thought the location of the unit was convenient and it was quiet. Appreciated the less crowded section of beach as compared to adjacent resorts, also appreciated having multiple beach towels provided. Would be good for families w/ children due to close proximity of beach. Pool was nothing special but we preferred the beach anyway. Good/prompt communication from host. Cons: The security gate attendant at the property was gruff/rude, and I observed him once peeling out of the parking garage in the property going WAY too fast in his red Cadillac, easily could have hit a pedestrian. The unit itself was fine, a little dated and could use a better washer/dryer, however was clean and as described. The wifi was spotty and needed to be reset once, even then was not great and did not work on the patio. Did not appreciate a half full bottle of body wash, thought that was odd, like maybe it was leftover from former guest and not removed? The kitchen was decently stocked however would have appreciated having a cocktail shaker and a manual juice/lime squeezer for making drinks. Pool was nothing special but we preferred the beach anyway.
