Rodion Hotel

Lecąc do Stambułu wybraliśmy hotel Rodion ponownie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przemiły personel, czysto, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Kilka dni przed urlopem miałam wypadek i jechałam z nogą w ortezie, nie było problemu jak poprosiłam o zakwaterowanie na pierwszym piętrze. Po dotarciu do hotelu okazało się, że mamy pokój na parterze co znacznie ułatwiło mi poruszanie się. Polecamy bardzo usługi Rodion Hotel.

The staff was incredibly nice, understanding, and always available whenever we needed help. They showed great empathy when my mother faced a health issue and kindly allowed us a paid late checkout. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, and we also loved the very good and enjoyable breakfast. The location is perfect, because you have everything nearby: shops, restaurants, and excellent transport links with the subway, tram, and bus stations just a short walk away. It is also a great place for visiting local attractions, such as Süleymaniye Mosque, Yeni Mosque, Galata Bridge, Sehzade Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and the Spice Bazaar are all close and easy to reach. I highly recommended it and I would gladly return anytime.

Great and friendly staff! Very clean and confortable room! Toilet was clean as well! Location is really good too. Breakfast is alright.

The staff were helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is also very good, and the area felt safe.

The main issue was the room we were given upon arrival. It was a ground-floor room without a window and without any possibility of getting fresh air, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially for sleeping at night. When we raised the issue, the hotel manager explained that the room corresponded to the category we had selected on Booking and that we would have to pay €10 extra per night to get another room. However, there was no clear information during the booking process stating that the room had no window. The mention of a terrace could also reasonably make guests believe that the room was properly ventilated. We believe this important information should have been clearly stated in the room description. We initially accepted the room because we had just arrived exhausted and it was very difficult to find another hotel without a reservation. Fortunately, two days before the end of our stay, the hotel manager offered us a much more comfortable room as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate this gesture, but we believe we should have been provided with a suitable room from the beginning, without having to pay extra. We believe that the room we were given did not meet the standards we would reasonably expect from a property listed and booked through Booking.com. A ground-floor room with no window and no access to fresh air should have been clearly disclosed before booking.
