Perfekte Lage im Kneipenviertel von Besiktas, trotzdem sehr ruhig im Zimmer

Das Licht im Bad hat geflackert, eine Scheibe der Dusche gefehlt, aber das ist zu verschmerzen, wenn man nicht so hohe Ansprüche hat

Personnel is super nice and friendly. Design and concept of the hotel is modern. location is good for young people - on the very active street with lots of bars, restaurants etc.

Rooms need some repairing, especially bathrooms. We had nails instead of pictures and mould in the shower.

The location was excellent and in the area I wanted to be. The staff were helpful but since they didn't speak English we used Google Translate which seemed to work okay. The room was clean but there is no daily service which is okay. When I asked for new towels or the room cleaned they were prompt.

My biggest concern at the moment is that I paid twice. When I booked the place via bookings.com I paid upfront for my stay. When I arrived home recently I found out that the hotel also charged my credit card for my stay so I paid twice. Right now my credit card company is trying to fix the situation but it appears there is a breakdown in communication between bookings.com and the hotel. Also I would suggest asking for a room in the back of the hotel. I stayed in one room on the street and then at the back and at night the room in the back was definitely quieter.
