The location and setting was wonderful. The gite was more than adequately equipped, with everything you needed. The bed was comfortable. The mosquito netting on door and windows meant we could keep the windows open at night in the extra warm weather. Beautiful outlook and gardens. Patrick was warm and friendly despite our lack of French and his of English and showed us everything in the gite on arrival. Upon leaving our car wouldn’t start and Patrick and his sons immediately came to aid, ringing the Ford site, checking the manual, replacing the key fob batteries. They were just very kind.
The only thing we found frustrating was the arrangement in the shower room made it very difficult for larger people like ourselves to get in due to the sink barring the way.
