only problem was the xtra small parking slot, but it is listed in the description to make you aware

Loved this property. Quiet area close to walking to lots of eateries and Belmont Park and Mission Beach. Parking would be the only con at the top of my head. Smaller cars are a must. Parking spots are very tight. Honda CRV type cars are good. Also Mission Baja Tacos are fantastic and walking distant also Better Buzz coffee.

Parking right up next to the garbage was pretty gross as the cans were overflowing and filthy…wish we would have had more than one set of towels…maybe you could do a little cleanup around the fan palm on the patio…but other than those three things, it was wonderful.

Nice place on the water but the mattress is terrible and needs replaced, and no storage area. Also the washer and dryer does not work the best.
