Host is very friendly & quickly responded too questions. Very comfortable, well equipped & stocked.

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and loved it. Very clean house, just the right amount of plates, silverware, cups, and cooking utensils etc. The garage is spotless as well as the washer & dryer in the garage. Gretchen is a host that keeps in touch and communicates well, without overdoing it. Very clear instructions given at check-in and check-out. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located in the East Valley, easy to get anywhere.

Very nice place and owners provide a lot of little things for you like snacks, soaps and kitchen is well filled with any dishes you might need. Gretchen is very responsive and helpful. Only downfall was that the pool was still cold in April but it is not heated so that is our fault. Otherwise great stay for family with little ones.

This house was perfect! Gretchen was fast in communication and explained everything we needed to know regarding check in and check out as well as following up during our stay to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions or issues. The house was spotless, so clean. The neighborhood was quiet and of course the weather was perfect. We will definitely check availability of this location next time we're in the valley.
