Great place - view was beautiful - nothing like waking up to look at the water - or sitting on the lanai having coffee/breakfast with a view. Owners were excellent at communication. Location great - walking distance to a favorite The Snook Inn - Many other walkable establishments CJ’s - Publix - Annie’s Ice Cream (?) - and many more. Got the Dolphin Tiki bar right there for a quick bite or beverage.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean waterfront unit. We love Marco and all it has to offer. The lanai has a fantastic view of the bay and grounds. All the essentials were in the condo for use for the week. Communication leading up to and during our stay was top notch. We will definitely stay here again on the future!

Wish we could have stayed longer! This condo was very comfortable for the two of us. The view was exceptional especially if you like watching boats from your lania. The pools and hot tub were great, however you need to be quick to snag a chair in the sun. The location was wonderful for walking or biking to restaurants and shops! We hope to visit again!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated and updated recently. We felt right at home during our stay. The lanai overlooks the bay and marina. What a view to wake up to every morning! The beds were very comfortable. Alex and family provide all the little extras that made our stay stress-free. The complex is well maintained and very quiet. Parking was never an issue. Laundry on-site was clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The pools and hot tubs were amazing. We will definitely be back next year!
