We liked everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They even allowed us to check in earlier. They have nice sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish sauna, salty room and nice internal pool. Slippers and robes are provided. Food was very nice. Breakfasts rich and delicious.
We did not like that it is allowed to smoke inside of the restaurant. In the evening a lot of people smoke despite the fact that it is full of kids. It was like a shock for us.

Еxcellent and varied food. The hotel is located in the a little further from the ski center, but there are free bus tickets available to the ski center, and it can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The spa was great, especially the jacuzzi.
Тhe breakfast was late for us, it starts at 8 o'clock. The room is small for 4 people, although it says it is a king size bedroom. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days, not once were our sheets changed. We had higher expectations considering the price we paid for staying at the hotel.

My stay at SREBRNA PLANINA Spa & Resort was a true delight. The spacious Superior Suite with its mountain-view balcony, soundproof walls, and flat-screen TV provided a comfortable and luxurious escape. The highlight was the excellent breakfast spread and complimentary access to the Spa Center, adding a touch of pampering to an already wonderful experience. The playground for the kids was in the area of the complex. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The location, although a short drive away from the ski center, was good and had all the amenities around. (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants)
Terrible soundproofing—we could hear everything, including noise from the in-house restaurant. After a certain time at night there was no staff, and older kids were playing hide and seek outside our room at midnight and kept waking us up. It’s the first time in my life I have to deal with this two nights straight. Also smoking was allowed, even in the spa area, with smoke smells coming into our room. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and after a day of skiing, it was a nightmare for us to return there. Very unpleasant stay.
