The Condo could have been cleaner. The host did offer a cleaning but I had already cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen at that point. The host was great replaced the coffee pot immediately when the other one broke.

Would stay again. Loved the roominess of the unit. Had everything you would want or need.

Nice condo, clean, plenty of space. Great views of the beach!!! Door code didnt work initially, but a quick phone call resolved the issue in less than a minute. Well stocked, had everything we needed! We have stayed at a few different condos at Regency, this was one of our favorites, would stay again!

I would've given this a 5 star rating but we couldn't check in at 4:00 since the cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived; she did not finish until 5:45. There was some dust hanging from the ceiling above the bed, but otherwise it was pretty clean. The beds were very comfortable and found it had just about everything we needed for our stay. If there was an issue or concern the owner was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if in this area.
