Location was great - loads of fabulous local restaurants and cafes (we are not Korean speakers, and you will not find many menus in English/other languages in this area, but you will be rewarded if you give the nearby places a go - we found great Korean BBQ places, a waffle cafe, fried chicken, hotpot/stew, and pork cutlet!). It is easy to get the bus and also the metro - people, drivers etc were so helpful (I guess it was obvious we were struggling!!), but it was a wonderful area to stay in to experience a town just on the outskirts of Seoul and have some excellent food! Very convenient too, for the airport. We actually got a taxi when we first arrived because we were very tired and it was quite late - the 'international taxi' from outside the terminal at Incheon airport cost around W40,000 (GBP23) and the driver spoke some English and better Japanese. Great value for the 45-minute ride when you are so tired! It is worth downloading the KakaoTalk map and having the full address in Korean, as addresses seem to be a bit of a gamble, but everyone is very diligent in getting you where you want to go. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely. The elevator is also worthy of note for how amazing it always smelled!! Also, apologies to the hotel because we accidentally took the USB plug with us - we will send it back by post to you!

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is very good. The room is comfortable and big than I thought.

It's a pity that the check-in time is not as early as many other hotels, although you can check in early for a little extra charge.
