Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room (4-burner ceramic hob, 12-place dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven). Bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. WC. Shower room. -
First floor: a children's bedroom with four single beds (90x190cm) and French doors opening onto a large balcony, and a bedroom with one double bed (140x190cm) with a sofa and reading corner, plus a cot.

Electric heating and a wood-burning stove are available as supplementary heating. Internet access is provided. There is a covered terrace, a garden with outdoor furniture, and a compost bin.

Utilities are not included.

A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 applies to business stays. A 10% discount is offered for two consecutive weeks.
