....vacation rental is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just about 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beach with its pier.
The apartment impresses with its combination of functionality and warm coziness. The bright central hallway immediately welcomes you. The bright bedroom with a double bed and spacious closet, as well as the living room with an open kitchen, leave nothing to be desired. Warm colors and wood dominate the space. A window in the kitchen area lets plenty of light into the space and is beautifully complemented by the floor-to-ceiling patio window on the other side of the room. From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the northwest-facing patio with a table and chairs, where you can still soak up the evening sun with a glass of wine. The entire apartment features tile and vinyl flooring and is designated as a non-smoking unit. Pets and smoking are therefore not permitted.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a complex with 19 units spread across two levels.
In the basement, there’s also a room for storing your bicycles and a communal laundry room with coin-operated washing and drying machines. Perfect conditions for a relaxing stay.
