The vacation home features 3 bedrooms, internet & TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. The garden, bordered by bushes and featuring a south-facing sun terrace, is the perfect place to relax. Sequoia is a smoke-free home.

Location:
Set back from the street, with no traffic noise. The bakery with a café is just a 1-minute walk away, right around the corner, as are the bus stop for Goslar and Clausthal-Zellerfeld and the Volksbank. In just a 5-minute walk, you’ll reach the supermarket, the tourist information office, the Hahnenklee spa park with its spa ponds and playground, shops, and restaurants. A ten-minute walk takes you to the ErlebnisBocksBerg with its summer toboggan run, ski slope, and bike park, as well as the extensive hiking network around Hahnenklee. Buses run hourly to Goslar and Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Pets:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There is a one-time flat fee of €25 for your four-legged friend. As a general rule, please do not allow your dog on the sofa, armchairs, or in bed. Other pets are not permitted at Sequoia.

Guest Tax:
The guest tax is not included in the rental price, as it is a public levy, and will be charged to you separately. The property owner collects the guest tax from the guest and remits it to the city of Goslar. In exchange for the guest fee paid at the accommodation, the guest receives a registration card/guest card featuring the HATIX logo. Together with a photo ID, this card serves as a free pass for all public bus and tram lines in the Harz region.
