The vacation rental is approximately 34 square meters and accommodates up to 2 people. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Floor of the vacation apartment: 1st floor bathroom facilities: toilet and shower; a washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment building and can be used by purchasing a token from the building superintendent. A lockable bike storage room is available and accessible at the building. You will receive a separate booking confirmation from us stating the current tourist tax rate for the city of Radolfzell; this is not included in the confirmations from customer portals such as booking.com, etc.

Our vacation rental with a lake view is situated in a quiet location right next to Mettnaupark. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. The lake is less than 200 meters away. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and towels and bed linens are, of course, included. Enjoy the stunning natural scenery and Lake Constance on the Mettnau Peninsula. Downtown Radolfzell, with its numerous restaurants and shopping options, is about 2 km away and easily accessible by city bus. Your bicycle is also well taken care of in the lockable bike storage room. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. If smoking occurs in the apartment, we will charge a cleaning fee of €300.00.
In addition to the property price, a visitor’s tax of currently €3.00 per person per day applies. You will therefore receive a separate booking confirmation and invoice from us. Please do not make any payment until you have received our booking confirmation.
