Property was great. Well-maintained. Great location. Third time we have stayed at this property. I would have given an Excellent rating if communication with Casago had been good. We had some questions and issues with the pool, and we were paying 90 per day to heat, and could not get a satisfactory resolution. Tried calling three different numbers and most times went to voice mail. No response to my messages. The couple times they did answer they said a work order was opened for the local office but nothing happened. Same with the few e-mail responses I got. Also, no response to the messages I sent through Vrbo. The two previous stays they were great. Not sure what happened this time. Still, it was a good time and we really enjoyed the house and our time in Phoenix.

Second time we stayed at this property. It is a great house in a great location. Much to do on the property. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to many activities. Casago is very good to work with on issues and questions. Very responsive. Overall, a great time.

We had an amazing 5 week stay at Westgate Wonder. So amazing that during our stay we bought a house and now live in Arizona (moved from VA). The property is fabulous, lots of space, heated pool, putting green, even a lemon tree. Great neighborhood close to many restaurants and of course the football stadium. Warning, if you stay here, you may move to AZ permanently!

We had some issues but due to an agreement, I’m unable to share additional information.
