Effectively a small annexe to the owners house. Spacious, comfortable, and includes a small well equipped kitchen area plus an outside table and chairs. Very friendly and helpful host who provided useful information about local attractions and restaurants. The unit is accessible for someone with restricted mobility although there is one step up to the entrance. Parking is not directly adjacent but a short walk away next door. Saintes historic centre is about 20 minutes walk. Good value - includes an excellent breakfast with homemade jams.
We had expected the parking to be directly outside the accommodation but it was actually at a next door garage a short walk away.

Ontbijt goed. Locatie goed. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Niets op alles aan te merken.
Gordijnen/rolluiken.
