We loved everything about this place, I don’t even know where to start. The interior was beautiful and the balcony was huge and a wonderful place to hang out. It was literally two minutes to the beach, and a private beach at that. It couldn’t have had a better location… I highly recommend this place… can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay! The property was as described and very clean. Parking was very easy, the elevator worked and the beach access was very close. The owner was very communicative and prompt with responses. Would definitely rent here again on our next visit!

Very nice condo very spacious. Had a couple of minor hiccups but the owner was very kind an took care of the in reasonable time!! If I was going back to Florida I would defiantly try and stay there again!!

We really like staying at Grand Isle in Seagrove. Access to beach is very close, cross the street, enter thru private entrance. This is the first time we came in May after college ended. Great time to visit- 2 weeks before memorial weekend. No waiting at Restaurants, local urgent care 0.2 miles away. Master suite bed very comfortable, however bring your own pillows if you don’t like thick pillows. Minor cosmetic updates needed.Air conditioning works great. Our hottest day was 81 degrees. There is a lovely swing on the deck that made us feel like we were home. Condo was quiet. No loud noises around. We got to enjoy the food at the Perfect Pig located on the property. If our kids were still young we would have used the pool. Host always got back to me with a quick response on messages sent.
