Property management company was very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The space was just what my family and I needed for a quick weekend together

This is a big home in a convenient location to Magic Kingdom. It looks great in pictures but the property is tired. The large couch in the family room is dilapidated and extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses, pillows, towels, rugs, and other soft goods are well past their expiration dates and need to be replaced. There are also several areas where caulking and paint repairs have obviously been neglected for some time. The hot water was also an issue since this home has 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the amount of people wanting to take a shower at the same time caused a significant strain on the capabilities of the water heater. On a positive note, the pool and jacuzzi were nice and well maintained with plenty of pool towels.
