Had a wonderful time in the house it fit all our needs and was plenty of space. The house is excellent and extremely beautiful, the only issue I had was the master room downstairs. The bed was very uncomfortable and hurt my back. The room needed and bathroom needs updating I paid for the whole entire house and got the worst room. I was pissed but other than that a time was had!

This house was plenty big enough. We loved the movie room. It was easy to get to Disney and universal from this house. The house was very clean. check-in and communication with the host was very good. The one biggest downfall is we couldn’t swim because the neighbors were screaming and literally 2 feet from us. No privacy around the pool and hot tub area.People playing loud music and up all hours of the night.

This home is amazing and exactly what we needed. Team was responsive and the home beautiful. Great location.

Overall we found the property to be comfortable and clean. The location was only 20 mins from the Disney Parks which was convenient. The resort in the neighbourhood was great to spend with the kids on our relaxing days providing lots of entertainment and fun. The contact with management was great, they were sure to check in with us before and during our stay. We did however arrive at the house to find that the dishwasher was broken unbeknownst to us. On our second day a new one was delivered and the maintenance staff were there promptly to offer to install it. The 2 pool loungers on the property were broken and the BBQ was not cleaned prior to our arrival. One phone call to Rachel and we had 2 brand new chairs delivered and had the BBQ cleaned the next day. Overall, not a big deal. A couple of things that would be of convenience for future guests would be for dish towels and cloths to be provided. Also, a starter pack of laundry soap would be helpful for guests who are arriving from far away. Many people travel with their own shampoo but once again it would be helpful to have a small sample of these shower essentials upon arrival allowing guests to freshen up after a long trip. Overall the property was great for our needs. We all had our own private space and washroom which allowed us all to have a relaxing stay.
