Deluxe apartments at the Congress

I am local - I live in Miami. I am an Event Producer and produce over 6 events a year on SOBE. Historically. I have stayed at the Tradewinds up on Pine Tree, but this location was a game-changer. I'd like to better understand what type of inventory you have at this location. Do you have any ADA apts? The tub in this unit will not work for one of our guys. Minor Feedback: The blanket and pillow in the spare closest was not washed. Sadly, I did accidentally get makeup on the shower curtain. I am happy to replace it. The location

The inability to control the thermostat in the apartment. It was very cold. There were extra blankets provided. The extra blankets did not seem to be freshly washed. And I noticed sand on the comforter of the bed when I sat down. The handheld shower nozzle was an operable. There was only a rainfall showerhead, which everyone doesn’t appreciate. The rainfall showerhead was also very unkept in quite a bit of line buildup. We stayed for four nights. We were provided for towels, but only two washcloths. It would’ve been nice to have four washcloths to go with the towels. The notice in the room explained that we wouldn’t be provided extra towels, we would have to purchase our own if needed.

Windows wouldn’t open, curtains didn’t close property , inadequate seating and sleeping . Kitchenette had no table .
