There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a woodburning stove, a utility/games room and a first-floor playroom. Outside there is a garden with two patio areas with seating, a lawn, two ponds and woodland and off-road parking. Abbey Cottage is a truly unique property in a historic setting in lovely North Wales.
