Really big and clean! You pick up the key in another building a quarter mile away. There is designated parking, luggage carts (you have to find), and elevators. Each bedroom has cable tv. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen has everything you need as far as pots and pans and things. (No leftover food like condiments or spices.) The washer/dryer is small, so we had to run it more often. There is a lovely balcony where you can listen to the ocean. The colony has two pools, one is heated. The Deck is a great restaurant just downstairs where you can go to dinner, or order drinks and food poolside. You are right on the beach, and also across the street from the park which includes the playground, library, volley ball, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, the YMCA, and a souvenir shop. We needed to stay here for a week during renovations and it was easy to feel at home right away!!

Great location! Right on the beach (minimal water view) with easy access to the water. Restaurants, shops nearby. Pool area was a nice option after the ocean. Condo was clean and well-equipped. Convenient parking. Excellent Communication with host.

Took the family for St. Patrick’s weekend. Perfect location to access the beach and Tybees St. Patrick’s parade. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant The Decks food and the heated pool nearby. We will be back to Tybee hopefully this summer! Special place!

It was good. It’s pretty dated but I figured it would be. It would have been better with an Ocean view but there was only a sliver of a view. It was a place to sleep while enjoying the area and the beach. Our family is limited to what kind of place we can stay due to the fact we need it to be wheelchair accessible and this was since it had an elevator. I didn’t really care for the parking situation. Just understand that you get two parking spaces. Either side by side uncovered or tandem parking under the building. It was kind of a pain with our wheelchair van since the ramp opens from the side. We drove down with a luggage topper which we had to remove before we could park under the building in our spot. But the AC was cold, the beds were decently comfortable. There is a washer and dryer but it is TINY! It’s not beachfront. I don’t remember if they said that is was. I would call it beachfront-ish. The beach is in front of the building in front of this place.
