This was a brilliant property in a brilliant location. However, there were absolutely no instructions about anything eg dealing with waste, internet access (the signal was said to be weak but it did not work at all and mobile connection was sporadic), nearest shops/supermarkets, nearest places to eat, useful addresses/ telephone numbers (not even for emergency). There was no information about the area, places of interest etc. Missing items of crockery/glassware had not been replaced to accommodate 6 people. Not even a tea towel provided. Car access is not easy. Admittedly we had a large saloon but had many a scrape despite a superb driver. This is a shame as the villa is great. It is being cleaned but no one seems to care about providing what would make a good client experience and feels it's being run on the cheap. We did have a great holiday though and luxuriated in the view!
