Great location for Zion (only 45 minutes to the entrance). The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood pool was perfect for relaxing after hiking. We were able to visit Bryce Canyon also, as it was just 2 hours away.Red Sands Vacation Properties are great to deal with. Easy check-in and out. They are very responsive if needed.

The entire experience was great. The pool and rec room were fantastic. Liked the opinions to take the linens or the towels to the laundry room.It was a great overall experience

The layout of the house was great. We were dismayed with the cleanliness of it.The carpets, floors, upstairs shower, and baseboards all need a thorough cleaning.We did enjoy the pool and location.
