There are lovely cats living on the neighbouring roof.
Responsive and polite host. There was a loud night party during our stay, but the host managed to get it stopped the following day.
TV and sofa were nice and modern.
Bed is fine, comfy. Small heater and the AC work well.
The apartment faces a railroad, making it very noisy if you open the windows. If you’re working from home like us, that is noticeable.
The sound isolation here needs major improvement. You can hear everything from upstairs: walking, arguing, night parties, and moving furniture.
No coffee machine, no electric kettle. The microwave has a hole in the door inside, a bit rusty.
The internet was a bit slow, movies and internet calls were cutting, we had to use our phones sometimes for the work calls.
Electricity cutting in general, maybe it’s a problem for the whole area.

Easy access
The toilet was not so clean and there was no toilet paper.

Location was excellent for the triathlon championships being held in the port and the nearby restaurants. The old part of town was around 25 minutes away and the beach was 15 minutes along.
I could not get the hob to work.

Clean, well equipped.
There are enough dishes and kitchen accessories.
Disgustingly terrible Wi-Fi. Turns off constantly. There is no signal in the bedroom.
Kettle was very dirty inside.
Hard mattress.
