So comfortable! I had two nights in a single room (lovely!) and one night later in my trip in the dorm room. Everything was great. It was easy to cook in the kitchen, and the staff were so helpful. Delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden area too! When I decided to stay one night at the other Jaca hostel property instead of in Funchal, the staff helped me do this without extra cost. Great location! Thank you for a great stay!

Parking was confusing at first, but staff helped me find a lot nearby.

It was a great central location- the way of checking in was very simple and effective also.

Great location, nice interiors.

The café is promoted as one of the best pros of the hostel, but the opening times are not so great. The room (in fact the private bathroom) was not so clean upon arrival.
