We had a great time in Brandon and this unit help nake it a great vacation. The size of the unit was perfect as three couples had their own room and bathroom. The unit was clean but starting to show some wear. Great location with many ways to avoid traffic. Nice touch with the Christmas decorations.

The carpet was absolutely filthy, so dirty, sticky , with stains. No one wanted to walk barefoot on it. I really doubt if the carpet can be cleaned...just needs to be replaced.

Condo was in building 6-4. While there is an elevator in the building it could not be farther from the room. Had a person is party that needed elevator. Even parking was distance from elevator. Elevator was located in building 3. Condo could use some updating. Carpet, beds. Other than that is was plenty of room and clean.
