Very clean and comfortable. Place has a washing machine and place to dry clothes. Really loved Japan style window doors.
Iron would be good to have maybe… but this is not critical. Overall everything is very nice.

Clean and quiet, with 5min walking distance from/to the station and 10min drive from Kyoto centre.
We could leave our luggage after checking out until the afternoon flight

Location was fine and the backyard
The smell at the room was strong and we need to buy a smell refreshing, the light of the entrance was automatic and it wasn’t able to turn off over night so I was difficult to sleep with that light
