There are so many great things about River Edge condo, unit 4. The view out the back is stunning and idyllic. The sound of the rushing water was great to fall asleep to. The kitchen was well appointed, as we did a lot of cooking. The beds were very comfortable and having two kings, two twins and a pullout was ideal for our party of 6. We all loved the decor, especially the art. The Fall River entrance to RMNP is only a 5 minute drive away. So, for us hikers, the location was perfect.
I would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable. Loved the elk walking around and the creek!

Location is gorgeous! We did not want to leave!
I was a bit disappointed that the host and cleaning fees were so high. We paid more in ancillary expenses that the actual rental cost! This is the first time that I have used booking.com and so was not aware that these would be added. Somehow, I missed this in the booking process. Probably my error though.
