Our romantic vacation rental, the "Heritage Boutique Apartment Marie," offers everything you could wish for during a stay in the imperial town of Bad Ischl for up to 4 people in approximately 60 square meters of space. In our stylishly furnished historic apartments, the shared lounge, the spacious balcony, and the cozy outdoor area, you can relax wonderfully with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

The turn-of-the-century city villa was completely renovated in 2020, and each vacation apartment is lovingly furnished with select antiques.
Thanks to their central location, our apartments are particularly well-suited for a car-free vacation in the Salzkammergut.

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a historic double bed featuring a new slatted frame and a hotel-quality mattress (160x200, 200x190) as well as a wardrobe or clothes rack.

Living Area:
The spacious living room and the private balcony with a mountain view are located between the two bedrooms. The cozy living room features a sofa and armchairs for up to 6 people, a Smart TV, a sideboard, and a china cabinet. From the balcony, you can enjoy the Salzkammergut mountain panorama while having breakfast.

Cooking/Dining:
The fully equipped kitchenette—including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave with baking function—also features a dining table and chairs for 4 people.

Bathroom & Toilet:
The bathroom, newly installed in 2020, features a walk-in shower, sink, and all amenities, including towels, soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Enjoy your very own private oasis of well-being. The separate walk-in restroom is also brand new.

Common Area:
In the communal lounge, you’ll find a wide selection of different teas, a capsule coffee machine, numerous board games, an open bookshelf, travel guides, and access to the large balcony with a fantastic view.
