This house was in a PERFECT location for us. We had a marvelous week and made memories to last a lifetime! There was a misunderstanding that the boat lift was not included with the stay, but the weather was great so our boat was fine tied at the dock. The function of the home flows well, but did have a significant smoke smell initially. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!!

We enjoyed a full week at this property. The corner of the canals gave us plenty of success with blue shell crabs, we used the kayak to go clamming and the walk to the beach was convenient, so we didn't have to pay for parking at all.John was fantastic. We had a few issues while there and he responded and made them right.

House was as described in the listing. We had a few issues that John helped us with promptly which was nice. The biggest detractor for us was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen. It was clearly a surface cleaning job and they completely missed the fridge and the shower walls still had hair on it. It was easy enough to clean but not something we wanted to do on our vacation. We didn’t contact John about this due to expediency (we wanted to get settled and it was faster to do it ourselves). Also we had already purchased groceries and needed to get them put away quickly.
