8 of us enjoyed this perfectly situated condo! We skied in/out and hosted and had a great time with local family and other friends renting near by. The condo was perfect for out group of 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean and well equipped. The check in and out was super easy and all my texts with M&F were answered quickly and by a human. The skiing was great and we really could not have asked for more! The kids did not want to leave and neither did we! Will come back again for sure!

Our family loved 154 Mountain Brook! The unit was spacious and comfortable! The views are amazing. The location was just above the south branch chair lift literally right out our door put on our skis and off we went. We all hope to make this an annual family trip!

Very convenient, cozy, and comfortable. We look forward to staying here in the near future.

We enjoyed a great vacation up at Saddleback and in Rangeley (despite less-than-stellar ski and weather conditions). The rental was large and homey, and was well-located for easy ski-out and ski-in. Thanks to the rental team for being so communicative. We hope to return again in the near future.
