The hospitality of the staff, the ambience and the food. Property manager Arjun arranged for a comfortable pickup from Railway station and the front desk manager - Abhishek helped us with the tour of Ranthambore fort. Night manager - Amrut would ensure we had water during the night: a small thing but the intent that we should have a comfortable stay is what I liked. Kitchen managers - Tejram and Giridhari helped us with sumptuous food, all along the hospitality was exceptional with the team making sure that food is fresh and served hot.

The property is a little far from the main gate of the park which is an advantage as well as a disadvantage: it's quite peaceful away from the hustle and bustle near the main gate however you will need to pay more than usual for can rides.

The approach road needs to be fixed. Not the hotel’s fault, it’s due to the construction of a new resort

Staff and service was good and prompt.

The drive to the property was 35 minutes away from the city/Safari zones and the approach road was pathetic with potholes of 1 feet deep and we also damaged our Car and the Taxi(whom we had to utilize for moving in and out of the hotel the next 2 days )Suggest travel only after the roads are repaired in the next few months
