The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - cheese, ham, bread, jams, fresh omelette, fluffy lemon muffins, freshly squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee. Miguel lived in London a few years ago so speaks excellent English. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very well furnished. The location is pretty and rural, yet close by to a seafront town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. If you are spending the evening here, there is a fridge in the lobby where you can buy water, soft drinks and wine at reasonable prices, and there is a table and chairs outside overlooking the quiet rural scene. Parking is outside the house to one side, so very convenient.

This is a real refuge, a home from home. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. the farmhouse is beautifully and lovingly restored. Miguel, the host, was kind and generous, attentive and showed us all the beautiful places to visit. It is a perfect combination being so close to Lekeitio. We would return in an instant!

We would give it an 11 if possible. Perfect host, great view, wonderfull breakfast outdoors, very attentive and informative. We felt very welcome. We asked if we could do our laundry. Our host took over and returned everything washed and folded. Perfect and quit location to explore leiketio, bilbao, San Sebastian and others.

Nothing.

Miguel was the most wonderful host, we can’t speak highly enough of this place. If you are lucky enough to stumble across it when they have available rooms - BOOK IMMEDIATELY!

Absolutely nothing.
