Khách sạn ngay trung tâm thành phố, cách Vincom Phú Yên 200m nên đi lại thuận tiện. Khu vực xung quanh khách sạn an ninh, yên tĩnh. Phòng của mình không có cửa sổ nhưng trang thiết bị đầy đủ, ổn áp cho việc sinh hoạt. Wifi mạnh, TV có kết nối internet, có cả quạt máy trong phòng giành cho ai không quen hơi máy lạnh. Khách sạn phù hợp với nhựng người cần 1 nơi dừng chân, chữa lành sau thời gian làm việc mệt mỏi tại TP.HCM. Ngày mình đi có chuyến bay sáng và tối từ HCM-Phú yên nên có thể ở trọn vẹn 1-2 ngày tại đây.

The reception guy was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a conflict in my schedule and he kindly watched my belongings while I went to my meeting, then helped me check in earlier than my actual check-in time. He was fabulous. The room was spacious but somebody had been smoking in there (A LOT!). The place is conveniently located in the city centre.

As I checked into my room I could smell an intense smoke stench, the previous tenant must have been a chain smoker - it was awful! The reception guy helped me air out the room a bit, but the smell never really left. Then I discovered the toilet wasn't flushing, and nobody came to fix it! Lastly, the bed was honestly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. I woke up with back-ache, neck-ache and a grumpy mood. To add insult to injury, there was no hot water, and so all in all it was a pretty dreadful experience. Such a pity that the place which was obviously stunning in its day, has been left to go to the dogs. The owners should be ashamed of charging people money for such a poor experience, their photos and descriptions on Booking.com are FAR from truthful.
