Family room on the Second floor en-suite Room with a Comfortable Single Bed, Flat Screen 32” TV with Free View Channels. The bedroom is also equipped with Desk with Pull out Laptop Tray, Leather Chair, full length mirror and high quality furniture. Hospitality Tray is supplied with Tea, Coffee, Cookies and Bottled Water.
The Beds are Dressed with High Quality Cotton Sheets, Comfy Duvets and Plenty of Pillows. Branded Complimentary Shampoo, Shower Gel, Body Lotion and Soap are also provided. An Iron and Ironing Board is Located in the Dining / Kitchen Area.
The Lawns Guest House is a beautiful Georgian property situated in the heart of Retford. A ten minute walk is all it takes to reach Retford town centre, which boasts a variety of retail shops, coffee shops, Post Office, places to eat and a Farmers Market once a month.
Our rooms have been renovated to a high standard with all rooms featuring luxury high quality cotton bedding. Complimentary bottled water on arrival and Tea & Coffee facilities are available throughout.
We also provide our Guests with branded complimentary Body Wash. Each ensuite room also has a Freeview 32” Flat Screen TV. This together with FREE WIFI and FREE PARKING will ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.
We do not provide any meals, however, we have 2 fully fitted communal kitchens all guests are welcome to bring their own food and use. Retford has many Cafés and Coffee Shops and takeaways within walking distance of the Guest House.

had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The host was extremely accommodating and kindly allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The check-in process was simple, smooth, and hassle-free.
The room was immaculate, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making the accommodation feel welcoming and convenient. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone

Estelle was very welcoming and greeted us personally . Everything was very clean and well presented. Kitchen space is great and loads of facilities for washing and cooking .

Enjoyed the facility was ok for 1 night , however a few improvements needed like an iron n ironing board, microwave, small bin in bathroom.
The square bar nearby was off putting as they did not quieten down nor closed till 1am
