Staff at Wyndham was phenomenal, they provided great food recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Parking was right out the front and patio door, which made bringing in luggage very easy. The host provided great cooking utensils and skillets. We used the pull-out sofa and the living area got cozy. The main bedroom was a great size. The resort has a lot of activities on property to include a rec center which is included with the stay. Great amenities and great location. We would love to come back.

Great property. Nice amenities, and exactly as advertised.

I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Pagosa Springs! It’s right on a lake, has beautiful views of the mountains and is very close to downtown. This is perfect for just couples or families. I will be recommending this to family and friends and would love to stay here in the future.

The interior of the property was great, however the view did not match the reviews that I had looked at. In addition, we were not informed (until after check-in) that our stay was split and after 4 days, we would have to move clothes, groceries, refrigerated items, etc. to a completely different unit. This is our 5th stay at a VRBO property in Pagosa Springs and by far the most misrepresented.
