Our family of 4 stayed for 9 nights to enjoy the summer beauty of Crested Butte. I have stayed at this condo 5 times and it is always perfect for us

It was a perfect stay, great location! Would stay here again.

excellent location, 5 min drive to town.walk to lift.nice hot tub.nothing better for a group of 4 adult in ski trip to Crested Butte

Southwest cancelled our flight Ft.Lauderdale/Gunnison Dec 29 and we struggled for 2 days to find flights/solution. In the end we had to split up family over 2 diff travel days. Daughter and family were able to travel first and us (Vrbo contract holder) the next day. Owner or host did not let my daughter and family check in without me physically present with ID. Although the entire nation was aware what chaos these days were they did not butch. Last minute we were told that I had to cancel contract and that my daughter had to rebook. This all happened while they arrived in Durango 4PM and had to travel the treacherous road 550 to Crested Butte. We were in absolute shock that under these most unusual circumstances that owner or host insisted on the check-in procedure. Finally at 6PM we were told that my daughter and family can check in without me present. One expected some compassion and common sense in a situation like this. Although we enjoyed the stay and condo I will never book this condo again or recommend for the simple reason how the situation at no fault of ours was handled by owner or host.
