A beautiful place overlooking the ocean. A great host He got back to us right away. The place was clean and welcoming.

We have been coming to Sands Beach club for 30 years (no exaggeration), and this was by far the best unit we’ve stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, very well appointed, and having the end unit gave us extra windows and extra light, as well as a 270 view of the ocean and squash from the balcony (all the non-end units don’t get these bonuses). The check-in and checkout process was seamless, and Tom was exceptionally communicative before and throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this unit enough. Thank you for a great vacation week, Tom and crew!

Everything was great just when we first walked into the condo we were expecting a nice clean smell but we smelled Clorox (strong). And we had to reclean all windows and mirrors because they had a thick film on them like they were wiped down with a dirty cloth not glass cleaner. Other than that the condo is great. Love the recliners. Thanks Tom for letting us stay again. Also the view on that end of the building is something else

Fantastic property that I would definitely book again! Beautiful end unit with unbeatable views, clean, nice furniture, great communication.
