We had a very nice stay and appreciated how thoughtfully the home was set up for guests. It’s a beautiful cabin! The kitchen was well stocked with most of what we needed, the pool table was a fun bonus, and the hot tub was working and enjoyable. We also appreciated the nice hand soaps, shampoo, and bathroom extras throughout the house. The smart TVs were simple to use and available in every room, and we had fun playing the video games. The road was being repaved while we were there, which we definitely appreciated. Checkout was simple and reasonable, which was such a nice change. It was refreshing not to have a long cleaning checklist at the end of the trip. The cabin also has a lovely backyard that made it easy for our dog to do her business, and she thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds, chipmunks, and squirrels. There were just a couple of small things that could use attention, like the squeaky bunk beds and what may have been a small leak from the hot tub, although it could have just been water from us getting in and out.For the price, we felt like we got a wonderful deal. It was a relaxing week in a beautiful location close to everything.

The den with a pool table and a large TV was great for watching football. Location was good for Dollywood, decent for Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was well-maintained. Needs some bowls and pots; the kitchen stock was limited for cooking.

We had an amazing time. Cabin was cozy and nice. We even got to see a bear up close and personal, which was awesome!!! Def come back again. Photo is from sunset in the balcony upstairs!!!

The cabin was fairly clean. It was also very peaceful, very spacious. BUT… Upstairs bedroom comforter had obviously not been washed from previous occupants. Lots of tree sap on some of the deck and outside furniture. The first hill leaving the cabin. All I could see was the hood of my vehicle. Very uncomfortable feeling, not knowing if I was gonna hit someone until vehicle leveled out. Pool table was warped. Hot tub water was dirty looking, filter was floating in water. The hot tub room smelled strongly of mold. Floor had many spaces where flooring was separated. The whole overall aesthetic.look of the place needs a face lift, inside and out. Our experience there wasn’t horrible, but for the money, could’ve been better. We won’t be repeat occupants.
