Beautiful property. Condo was well appointed and had updated, spacious, and nicely maintained furnishings. Kitchen had a nice variety of cooking and serving items. First time in TCI and we were very pleased with the location, the ample beach area and the walkable dining options. Jing was a helpful and gracious host. Even though it was warm, we really enjoyed the balcony area.

Beautiful property and great communication and service from Jing the property manager.

Fantastic condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay.Jing was very responsive with all communication and assisted us throughout the week. The condo was just as described and was a great space for 6 adults to comfortably enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, baking, blending drinks with the Ninja blender and included a dual drip/pod coffee machine. In addition to quick beach access we also enjoyed having several bikes, paddle boards, a kayak and other beach/pool toys for our convenience. The property is quiet, well kept and there are plenty of covered lounge chairs at the beach no matter what time we went. The location can't be beat with the grocery store and many restaurants and shops within 5-15 minutes walking distance. We highly recommend.

We love visiting Turks. This penthouse is located on a quiet area of the beach. There is an attendant on the beach to help with chairs and umbrellas which is a major plus. The penthouse is beautiful. We all had our own space. I’m not sure how often the owners stay here but I would say that the bed sheets, couch pillows and some of the kitchen accessories could use an update. Rugs look shabby and not so clean. There were many mosquitos that seemed to be hold up under the balcony furniture. The balcony furniture could use some cleaning, lots of stains. We could have also used more than one beach towel per person for the week. We had a great time but I’m not sure for the money we would stay here again,
