It was a great experience staying in the Smokey Mountains. The cabin had a great view and we enjoyed it a lot. My only suggestion is having a 4x4 drive vehicle during the raining season is a must.

A wonderful house with a spectacular view! Carrying everything in and the driveway was a bit tricky. A lift would’ve been nice, we noticed the house next-door had one. But otherwise everything was perfect. We had a very large black bear visitor the last night. He enjoyed our dinner off of the grill.

Property just isn’t well maintained. When we pulled up my 9yo asked was it abandoned. Yard is not maintained. Animals had been in garbage and dirty diapers were everywhere where we park. The inside had dog hair where previous guests let their dogs on the furniture and the cleaning staff didn’t bother to remove the hair. I really felt like I couldn’t sit anywhere. The master bed had several stains on the comforter. Thankfully we brought our own cover because there is no way I would have slept under that. I did reach out to the owner and they were very responsive which tells me the property management team is the problem not the owner. The home is in a great location. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was very clean. If this house was properly cleaned and maintained it would be a very nice place to stay.
