Great

We loved our time here. The condo was very clean and provided everything needed. Pools were nice. Walking distance to Pier park. Highly recommend.

The condo was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. The view was beautiful and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely come back again!

Great location. Unit needs a good cleaning. Bed sheets were sandy. Dryer needs some maintenance attention. Typically takes two rounds of 60 minute dry time for complete drying. Only two elevators working in a building with 23 floors. Was told by other unit owners the elevators have been out of order since February. A lot of time is spent in the corridor with your neighbors, so you'll make friends. The dishwasher could use some attention as it appears to have been placed in the opening and not secured. It also does not drain. Communication with RealJoy was lacking. Was told it was because of a computer glitch. Check in instructions were finally received after sending several emails and voice messages. Discouraging after driving 12 hours and not being able to check in and get settled. Beach service was appreciated.
