The condo was as described. We had plenty of room. The condo patio was a great space. You could see the pool and the beach. Short walk to each. The host was responsive when needed. Condo was clean and safe. Thank you!

Perfect location. Quiet and relaxing. Condo and grounds were beautiful. Hope to come back again soon!

Our stay in the condo was great. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Even though the weather was a little cool the kids still went swimming in the pool and beach access was great. We had no issues during our stay and Karyn responded quickly anytime we communicated. We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night and with the door access code the entry was easy and efficient. We used this condo as our home base for attending the Daytona 500 and it worked out well. We would definitely return!

Great location. (Other friends were staying there at Schooner Point.) Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Two bathrooms for seven adults worked out OK. Love the view and the balcony. Slept well in the loft. Karen was an accessible host and had a nicely decorated place. The beach itself is a fantastic section in new Smyrna Beach. No seaweed, nice hard packed sand, it was windy, but you can’t help that. Overall fantastic trip. I would definitely stay there again.
