Our family of 4 (plus 1 friend) stayed at the property for about a week. The layout was great and enough room for the five of us. The owners were easy to get a hold of when an issue arose and quick to respond. The back of the property faces the creek so we fell asleep at night listening to the water. It's close to Main Street but a bit off the main section so not too busy/loud, but still close enough to access the entire town by foot. The unit was clean and seems like the kitchen has recently been updated, with an induction cooktop and really nice toaster oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, if you are planning to do cooking. There's a little back porch to sit on and listen to the creek. Beds and linens were very comfortable and enough towels for everyone. Access to a garage is available for storage only. Parking in the lot is first come, first serve but it was never an issue to find a spot. My children enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub. Great place to stay if you're planning to visit Frisco!

The place was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space, clean, stocked with kitchen supplies, a gorgeous setting, and in walking distance to so may great shops and restaurants!

Very well appointed cute condo in a great location. It really would have been perfect except the heat doesn’t work. There is a fireplace which saved us on the 2nd night. It’s February so it gets cold. The heater was set to 72 degrees but never got over 64 degrees. We slept in jackets and hats the first night. The second day we found firewood which warmed it up but as soon as the fire went out when we were sleeping the temp dropped again. It’s baseboard heating and they were cold to the touch the whole time. Contacted the owner who said to check to make sure the flue was closed which it was but no other suggestions were made. Just a side note that the condo is on the lower floor so you can hear people walking around upstairs in the bedrooms. Aside from the heat it was great and comfortable.
